Realtors and others in the industry are naturally in a very dangerous and vulnerable position. Many realize this and take extra precautions when showing homes or meeting with a client. Whether it is a check-in app on your phone that can alerts a POC or authorities when something isn't right, following various procedures, or carrying defensive tools such as a knife, taser or even a handgun.

While nothing in this world can guarantee your safety 100% of the time, a firearm is one of the most effective tools available to defend one's self. But it only is valuable as a tool as the training possessed by the one using it.  What is your experience with a firearm? Have you ever carried one before?
