The industry standards for mobile home supply mainly include the following two categories:

national standard

GB/T 29740-2013 "Removable Light Steel Structure Activity Houses" is a national standard specifically designed for temporary buildings, applicable to single and double story temporary buildings with eaves height not exceeding 6.5 meters and a design service life not exceeding 5 years. This standard was drafted by Chengdu Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Institute and other units, and officially implemented on June 1, 2014. The technical content covers terminology definition, structural classification, test methods, and inspection rules.  ‌

Local Standard

DB44/T 892-2011 is a local standard in Guangdong Province, with technical requirements that differ from national standards. In addition, Shenzhen has also formulated the "Construction and Management Standards for Mobile Modular Kitchens", which specifically addresses food safety issues in temporary kitchens and is applicable to construction sites, major event sites, and other scenarios.  ‌

Other industry standards, such as the technical standards for prefabricated aluminum alloy low rise houses and mobile houses (without standard numbers) and the construction standards for lightweight building materials for mobile houses (without standard numbers), mainly involve material and construction specifications, but their authority is relatively low.  ‌
