Nevertheless, I have a keen interest in high intelligence and child rescue, both of which this film showcases. A few days later, I watched The Accountant, which enhanced my understanding of the sequel; however, I must say it was quite capable of standing alone for me at that moment and was very enjoyable. Affleck's portrayal of an autistic savant is so convincing that I nearly failed to recognize him. The fascinating elements of the character study, combined with the unique abilities that Wolff has structured his life around, are presented in almost perfect harmony. The film successfully provides a realistic backdrop for how Wolff cultivates his badass persona and pairs him with another autistic savant who serves as his logistics coordinator.
