London, UK – The Global Visa Center World (GVCW) has announced important updates about the Greece visa appointment system for individuals applying for a Schengen visa to Greece from UK. The new guidelines aim to streamline the entire process and ensure more efficient services for all the applicants.
Key Updates for Greece Schengen Visa & Appointment
Online Appointment Booking: It is highly recommended that applicants book their appointment at the Greece visa appointment centre online using their residential address. If they are not familiar with the visa rules and regulations and find the application process a little confusing, then it’s best to hire the experts to schedule it efficiently for you. Particularly during the busy travel season, it is expected that this digital method will improve the service delivery and reduce the waiting time.
Mandatory Instructions: The GVCW has introduced the mandatory guidelines for candidates with already booked appointments due to high demand. These guidelines are designed to manage the volume of everyday applications effectively.
Specific Time Frame for Appointment: The Greek visa appointment must be booked within certain time frame. To travel in July till 24th, appointment must be booked at least 25 calendar days in advance but not later than 20 days before departing. And to travel from 25th July onwards the applicant must reschedule the appointment between 20 – 30th June 2024.
Insurance Coverage: Applicants can buy insurance from any insurer of their choice. If they are planning to get the visa expert services then their respective visa agent will also be able to provide the same.
In order to avoid any inconvenience, the GVCW emphasizes on the importance of following the new rules. The consular office of the Greece Embassy in London has outsourced the responsibilities of visa applications and biometric data collection to GVCW.
