Two: Hot stamping
Flat flattening: Used in circular flattening, flat flattening label machine, low speed.
Circular press: Used in circular press label printing machine, fast, continuous hot stamping, generally rarely used, the general use of gold printing process instead of hot stamping.
Three: Printing
Flattening: suitable for small area, simple pattern printing, such as price tags, bar codes, etc.
Round flattening: suitable for label printing with field, general pattern, and simple color mesh printing.
Round: suitable for all kinds of graphic label printing, especially suitable for high-grade color mesh label printing.
UV printing: In the above three printing methods, with UV drying, film self-adhesive can be printed
Four: First hot stamping, after printing
In non-UV drying equipment, the use of ordinary ink, the disadvantage is that the print pattern design is limited.
Five: First printing, after hot stamping
Applied to the equipment with UV drying device, the ink is quickly dried in the ink stamping, stamping pattern arbitrary design, not limited by ink, suitable for high-grade label printing, is an advanced production process.
Six: Glazing
Field light: coating a layer of gloss oil on the ink surface, the purpose is to protect the ink layer, moisture-proof, waterproof and improve the surface gloss, can replace the coating process, using UV drying method.
Seven: composite film
Coating the paper or film material is designed to protect the ink, waterproof, moisture-proof, increase the strength of the label, and increase the three-dimensional pattern. Composite film is divided into backed paper composite film and no backing paper composite film, due to the low cost of the latter, it is generally used. According to the requirements of the process, there are two kinds of composite transparent film and matte film, the former is more common.
Eight: Punch holes
The application is not common, mainly used for computer printed labels. The requirement is to punch positioning drive holes on both sides of the label, or the label applied on the price gun, requiring holes to be punched in the middle of the label for positioning and driving.
Nine: Die cutting
The die-cutting of the self-adhesive label is a half-cutting process, that is, only the surface material is cut through and the base paper is retained. Divided into two processing methods:
Such as flat die-cutting, suitable for all kinds of label printing press, manual plate making, low cost, short plate making cycle, but low viscosity, suitable for short version live printing processing. At present, almost all domestic label factories use flat die-cutting methods. The other is circular die-cutting, the application of circular pressure label equipment, fast speed, high die-cutting viscosity, suitable for long plate life, the disadvantage is that the cost of plate making is large, long cycle. At present, the die cutting rollers of domestic manufacturers are generally processed abroad.
Ten: Receiving paper
It can be roughly divided into cutting paper and folding paper.
