TRADEMARK REGISTRATION FEES IN INDIA
Trademark registration Fee is applicable per class. Trade Registration fee is applicable for goods and services. Trademark Registration fee for individuals, start-ups, single firm, small entities (MSMEs), is Rs 5,000/- (offline), Rs 4500 (online), whereas trademark registration fee for partnership firm, LLP, company, is Rs 10,000/- (offline), Rs 9000 (online).

RENEWAL OF TRADEMARK REGISTRATION
Trademark registration is granted for a period of 10 years. It has to be renewed before expiry of the term to keep it alive. It can be renewed after expiry of the period also, but in that case surcharge is applicable. If trademark registration is not renewed for a long period it is removed.
CONCLUSION
Trademark is the asset of a business as it protects the goodwill and reputation of a company and helps in the growth of a company. In modern times, there is rampant prevalent of duplicity in the market and hence to protect its brand/logo etc. trademark registration is imperative. Trademark registration fees do not cost much and fees are charged only once and per class/application unless there is some modification at a later stage.
